PaKet62 DOS Fail on Load WINXP
Following the Microsoft Patch Tuesday updates
My Paket62 (DOS 16 bit program) would not
Start up and fails with
NTVDM.EXE has encountered problem etc etc
A search on Professor Google resulted in lots of others having similar issues.
In control panal add remove programs
I removed Security Update for Windows XP (KB2707511) installed on my system
16.6.2012
following the removal and reboot of the system. Paket62 now works
The above worked in my case. Suggest research first and make the decision if
you need to do the same is you have the same error
