Barry
It will be much simpler for you is you upgrade to BPQ32_410g2008Dec09
The IOADDR= will just be the Com Port Number 1, 2, 3, etc, the INTLEVEL=
Is no longer used, you will need to edit one of the example BPQCFG.TXT
As there has been several changes, 1 being the BBSCALL= and BBSALIAS=
Is not used in the Global section of the bpqcfg.txt (Before the Port
Section) If you send me your present bpqcfg.txt I will be happy to
Rewrite it for you.
Along with BPQ32_410 series there are three new DLL'S that need to be
placed in the FBB/BIN since you are only running 7.00I 16 bit really
only two DLL'S Are needed, In the WinFbb Configuration/Communications
configuration you select COM 8, and TFWIN Not BPQ, in the Ports
Configuration, you make Port 1 The BPQ port, Select COM 8, MUX=the number
of ports in the bpqcfg.txt Select WA8DED again NOT BPQ, this is the
reason the two DLL'S are needed,all port connection will be made from
the BPQ Port 1.
You can download the BPQ32_410g from my web site, this is a self extracting,
zipped file, you will need to unzip to a temp folder, then run the Installer
All files will be place in the Program Files Folder, in the root folder,
related Files, unzip BPQDED folder, copy of move the tfwin.dll and
bpqded32.dll to your FBB\Bin replace.
Feel free to E-Mail me for any Help.

Hello All,
I am trying to get WinFBB going on a kiss TNC with BPQ.
Task Master shows that BPQ is running.
However the TNC is olugged into COM port 3 with an address of DF80,
the controlpanel/system/hardware/devicemanager/PCIserialportcom3/properties
does show that the irq for the PCI board serial port is 11
I am not sure if BPQ can handle PCI serial ports.
However I might well have other problems.
Here is my port section of BPQCFG.TXT.
PORT
ID=HF
TYPE=ASYNC
PROTOCOL=KISS
IOADDR=DF80
SPEED=1200
INTLEVEL=11
CHANNEL=A
QUALITY=100
MAXFRAME=1
FULLDUP=0
FRACK=10000
RESPTIME=3000
RETRIES=10
PACLEN=200
TXDELAY=500
SLOTTIME=100
PERSIST=64
; KISSOPTIONS=POLLED,CHECKSUM,ACKMODE
; KISSOPTIONS=POLLED,CHECKSUM
ENDPORT
I am using XP and Winfbb7.00i and BPQ32408.
Taskmaster shows BPQ as running.
Fbb starts OK but the port neither copies signals or transmits.
I believe I have the fbb port.sys setup correctly.
My problem is likely to be in BPQ itself.
Any suggestions ?
