Found it, finally. stupid user mistake. WHy/how I managed to do it on only 
the HF forward files I do not know, but i finally spotted it while 
creating a test file.
On the HF ports I left out the second C on the C line
instead of C C <callsign>
I had C <callsign>

I feel a bit dense. but now things are up fully.
