There was mention of it over here Ian. BTW I thought you were
going to pass on watching them on the tellie? I have lots of
comments about them, I think the Bejing games were better.

They did the same here during a G20 meeting in Toronto. still in
the courts, and next time will be more violent, as a promise by
a few of them.

Seems like the norm nowadays. During the G20 they beatup and jailed
people just walking the street, a professor and a disabled man
and the police with no badges or numbers have memory lapses as whom
was with them on the line...how convient.
Yes the public has too many cameras, like business nowadays...and
don't give anything to the police like this, as it gets lost.

I can believe a relate to it, as a union steward on picket during a
legal strike. < circa 1970s> I used a camera, to ID police with
no badges or name plates. At other demonstrations on matters
people wanted answers to, I will agree, and I can not see why they
do it, someone gets injured by them, even passerbys. It is like
their gang mentality kicks in. Later as with the man killed in
that Vancouver airport by the RCMP and tasers.... well they are scotfree
and got away with murder.
> The public outcry got the PC in question a severe reprimand.
We are still waiting for justice for that man in the airport, murdered
by the RCMP. But the RCMP is now also in the courts for sexual
harassment of female officers, and looks like they might be better
just to disband and form something else to gain the trust of Canadians.

I wish I had, but then we never expected this, and in October when
we go the video camera will be running, and with the full knowledge
of our MPP as well I hope if we can chat the ambassador of the US
in Canada, or officials at the border...I have NO problem erasing it
all after we are thru...no problem pulling into the main bulding
to satisfy them it is erased or perhaps a copy for their training
of personel.
We crossed at the Ambassador Bridge from Ontario to Michigan.

The USA is the only country I have experienced this life threatening
experience and this parade ground , ratchet-type yelling of orders etc.
The camera will be rolling next time we cross....thanks Ian.
I am lucky to have two BBSes to go to...One really as you saw destroyed
your posting. # 135381 I got the full text # 75455 on the VE3LSR BBS.
oh well...always the Internet.
