Hello All...
It was either Ian in UK or Bob in OZ that mentioned the video
camera and the laws, and what you can or can not taperecord
while out and about.
Went to a concert at the local casino...where they say NO
cameras...no excuses. As soon as the entertainer came
into the room...the camera flashes filled the room, and
he certainly encouraged it...thus the casino lied when
they stated he did not want cameras of any kind.
In another instance, in the course of promoting school bus
safety, and the bus drivers driving along with their
red lights flashing front and back and causing confusion
that some mum wrote back to the paper about me, and was
raising the subject at the parents meeting, and the police
would arrest me ... they didn't.
They didn't want to have to deal with the video evidence
of the school bus drivers breaking the law.
I even wrote back welcoming them to my place to see the
tape, of the car skidding off the roadway into a ditch
with the school bus 100yards away driving with RED lights
on and flashing ...when the law reads..they must be stopped
and with red lights flashing .... Only Emergency vehicles
carry or are allowed RED or RED flashing lights at the
front.
YES... I always ask people if I can videotape them, and I
did so for the TV station all the time, even asking for
a interview with them, on the event. It was a courtesy.
YES things have gone too far with these hyper-rights
groups spearheaded by some hyper-Nut.
YES I love peanut butter sandwiches, and NOW I can not
eve have one of those in some events...aaah poo
