This from the changes.txt file in Winpack ...

5. The maximum message size that can be read in WinPack has been
increased from 30kB to 60kB. Messages longer than 30kB are read
as two "pages", with a button to swap between the pages. If you
try to read a message larger than 60kB, you are offered the
option of reading it with WordPad/Write.
