Greetings to you all. One of the most preferred blends
in Yorkshire have, to the keen interest of all avid T
drinkers published and Internet web site map that show
the vast majority of Northerners are in SOFT water
areas yet, East Yorkshire and up to Whitby is in the
HARD water areas and to make the product even more
delightful they are blending accordingly.

I was not aware, but, in HARD water areas the kettle
will scale up quite quickly and suitable remedies
should be taken for washing machines:-/

Many northerners prefer T to be prepared in the
traditional way.
1.warm the pot
2.one teaspoon per person and one fer pot
3.poor in scalding hot water and cover with cosy
4.allow to brew fer 10 minutes
5.poor tea into cup/mug
6.add milk to colour

The French/Chinese laugh because they quite rightly say
by adding cold milk it is bound to affect taste. BTW,
if one is in a Chinese house its courtesy to offer a
small portion of Oolong char, no milk no sweetener.
This T is very effective for cleaning the blood and
ridding the body of harmful toxins. Caution, being a
very strong duiretic be aware.

(In passing)Peter ur BBS is down.
