Hello Sara and everyone else reading this thread ... And you
thought you had problems! Our Packet Netowrk here in Ontario
where I live must have taken a real hit after a storm at the
start of the month. Nothing coming in and nothing out, and
we only could connect to each other's mailboxes..or digi
to whom we wanted to connect to...but all the BBSes were
gone...down for the count...and only returned April 24th...
Maria and I didn't have that problem when she got her new pc
all went smoothly.... as well the pc we gave to our niece
in South America, went well too..save her a lot of headaches.

We had snow in the start of April...then it melted and rained
and lots of flooding with many new records set and broken.
last few days 22c warm...and the lake fast melting, which
means the garbage will now float into the beaches...nice.
I have been out cleaning up here and there... and then
end of the month..Maria arrives home from BRASIL.

Sara and everyone ... I must advise now...with regrets, as
it might be pernament, but Shirl VK7HSC is no longer on packet.
This is due to the digipeater she used, not being available
anymore. I am very sorry to relay this to the net, but if
you have ILRP you can still get Shirl VK7HSC via that route.
I got a email from Shirl VK7HSC, with this bad news, and it is
with deep regrets to net that I post it here.
I can only hope that somehow Shirl VK7HSC finds another BBS
or a packeteer there to digipeat her signals to her BBS.
