One T preperation i used to love was a Booi Lai Char in
Singapore where, if you were good, they would let you
carry it away in one of the old milk cans:) Great fer
drinking with a straw but very sweet!
Not the fake you can buy in the supermarket or
specialty

Never having been to Tibet/Nepal or India except on
transit, not had the chance, but its always a new
experience to try.
