Ingredients
3 Breakfast cups Sugar
1 ounce (25 grams) Butter
¾ Breakfast cup Coconut (ground)
1/2 Breakfast cup Milk
Good pinch of salt
Cochineal food colouring (optional)
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a saucepan and boil all for 10 minutes. Add
cochineal (red food colouring). Beat until thick and pour into a greased
tin. Mark and cut into squares.
This mixture sets quickly. "
