In a past life, i used to be a long distance Randonneur
with AUDAX UK. 150 miles a day was the norm in 15hrs.
At the end of which we sought rest in the nearest YHA
hostel and it was here that Dr D taught me the basics
of a recipe never to be forgot. Not being a cook or
chef please bear with me as i give you the data.

1. Large Frypan.
2. 4 or 5 pommes de terre
3. 2 Large red onions
4. 1lb of radishes
5. 1lb of red beef mince
6. 4 eggs
7. Sunflower oil.

Put a small drop of 7 into frying pan and heat slowly,
chop up 3 and caramelise, without washing or peeling
lace 2 over the 3, grate 4 over the pan, break 6 into
the mix, sprinkle 5 over the mix and add about half
pint o watter and simmer for 30 mins with pan lin
(plate) and just stir occasionally will feed two hungry
Randoneurs!

Bonne Appetit(Good Eating).
