About the re-sending of all bulletins from ON0AR, Luc probably did only
send a bulletin to all sysops.
Due to errors on the HD probably due to a few power failures that had
occured in Anwerp, the ON0AR OpenBCM did start re-sending.
This is a behavoure seen with many newly installed OpenBCM BBSes, but
it's a bit odd that a longtime running BBS, ON0AR switched fully to
OpenBCM last year July I found, starts having this behavoure. I have no
idea anymore what acually was needed to be changed to have OBCM work
as we think it should, but I would think the developers of OBCM should
make that normal behavoure.
Luc reported ON0AR to be shut down from forwarding, fixing the problem
from backups and now ON0AR should be running without a problem again.
