Hello Shirl - and everyone reading this!
It's great to see a message from you. I'm really glad that Max is home
and active again! I trust he will follow doctor's orders and stick to
his medication and diet. Well, I'm sure you will be keeping an eagle eye
on him. No more 'old tricks!'
Sorry about the Fires, floods and drought. The area south of here still
is trying to recover from the disasterous floods of early December.
We've had 5 sunny days in a row now - about -8 C at night but up to 6 C
during the day. I've been helping Bob prune our apple tree - I stand
back and point "cut here" and he lops the branches off. It's a
semi-dwarf tree - that was our mistake. We should have planted a dwarf
one instead.
No, I don't think Krumkake iron is like a Crepe Iron - more like a waffle
iron.
Peter I hope you are taking good care of Maria's indoor garden. All my
herbs are up now and doing well - those out in the garden don't look too
happy.
All for now. Everyone take care!
