G'day Everyone, and all reading along, enjoying the recipes,
the local chatter, and whats up, whats happening, etc....
Keep reading or join..it matters not...so long as you enjoy
ad somehow all postings to this thread bring value and a
smile to your day.
This is a correction, and also a reply, and a "fix-up" to
my January 2008 report, where I mentioned my nephew Geoff
out there in Alberta,Canada ... and his comments about
the non-NHL sweater I was wearing. At that point of typing
the report, Maria came into the room, and was rather angry
at Geoff. Smelling blood <snicker> <grin>...I asked if
she wanted to show him how to play hockey...sweater or
no sweater.... to which she was still jazzed-up answered
yes...thus her picture ...hockey stick in hand...on the
ice rink practicing hockey and wanting skates... hahahahaha.
NHL refers to the National Hockey League which operates in
North America, with the final game crowning most seasons
with the winner getting name and player names on the
Stanely Cup. Any hockey player would say this is the
top team trophy in ice hockey to win ...there is
no other.
For My wife and Geoff ...it equates into a International
Hockey game, with BRASIL vs. CANADA ...
Since that return message to my nephew, we have not heard
from him .... so <giggle> looks like he is neck deep in
this hockey feud.
SO...when my nephew re-surfaces in Alberta, he'll even
have some lame excuse, or this game is on.
So ends ..or maybe a new something to chat about...on
