Hello Sara, and everyone reading along...and thankfully
still there ... you had me a wondering....

I guess Sara , I am fortunate, as I get to text our sysop on
a regular basis, and he is kind enough, along with the other
Ontario sysops to also keep me informed, of updates, and
when there might not be a BBS online...etc.
There has been times, and I agree, I have connected ..but
only to the node...and yes I get reading down the bulletins
listing for the day...and it stalls, then with a click to
see..it either does a complete disconnect..or carrys on.
Why the stall ....mmmm...seems to be with this new FBB program.
I shall have to ask ..or perhaps our local Ontario BBS sysop
might email with what might be the problem...
I do know Sara, that when I have reported these "querks" they
are looked into ... so perhaps I shall put it into my next
email ...as I just thought it might be my PK900 going nuts.

If you write outside your connect....it might be on a timer.
Ours at VA3BAL BBS does the same thing...but now the timer
is set for longer. Ask your sysop..what the setting is.

It must be spring ... hamfests and just getting out ...and
in the passed few days. it seems like spring, as even Rusty
has been out walking around the property and staying longer.
