Hello Michael ZL1ABS...
Just to let you know that I received the two items
from you "Roast Vegetables" and "Boiled Vegetables"
and I have added them to the update .
Still looking Michael for the orginal disk from 1995
which was the last YL Cookbook date.... now well over
10 years ago ...and in need of a good shake up.
Input has via the email...asked for more diet recipes
so...I guess I shall make sure there is no too many
postings that will make you sick. I know the feeling
as now I have 3 specialists and a dietian telling me
NO more this and that ...but this...and in smaller
sevings...so will follow the flow <g>...
Today..looks like a nice day... 5c here and sunny.
Maria has a BBQ today at her University of Sao Paulo
and via the net...we'll be linked in with the webam
to let everyone see the SNOW and lake at this locale.
I am on MSN..for anyone interested..and for email..all

Have to go... I have chores here, and I have to get
