Hi Andy,
At your age it's about time you had learned how to make tea correctly Hi.
Here's the English (Yorkshire) way.
Put the tea bag into the cup. Bring the water to the boil (Not just hot, but
boiling) Then poor the BOILING water over the tea bag. Gently stir (Just like
you Hi.) and let stand for 3 minutes. Stir again and finally add the sugar and
milk.

is the World's Expert in Tea making.
