Chop away! I only requote so there is NO misunderstanding what the
other person is saying, as it seems in other threads, doing so ..one
can change a quote to suit their interests in "winning" a debate
and that is not what it is all about, as far as I am concerned.

>And such, often, are how long friendships are created. Sometimes a little
>humanity visited upon another is returned many times over.

Yes ... Yes Indy ...full agreement. I am regretting not meeting
the wonderful people I have met via packet .... so when I jest about
a trip to Autrailia.... it isn't too far from the truth....but I am so
far committed to seeing long missed family in the UK...so
that had better come first.

>Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh! Each and every one of us is unique and has much to offer
>each and every other one of us! <Grin>

Yes ...

>As you know, I am a truck driver. Nothing flash about that, but I am
>reminded of a comment the national transport manager of a company I once
>drove for made. He said, "Indy. I have 1500 drivers under me. Pressures

>Interesting comment, I thought at the time.

Yes Indy. So true... And I guess we all have someone we can relate to
your comments. On the job....business only....no social life afterwards
which is too bad. I did have a boss...long ago that did what you were
saying....he knew every employee and their family, and he knew the
hobbies and it was great, to after working hours have him as a friend.

His unique business attitude came from the war years, when he
was in war production of aircraft here in Canada.

He certainly had loyal employees, and I stayed with him and the
company until he passed away. Others did the same.

>Oh, Gawd! You would need the Oxford English Dictionary length emails for
>me to report the goings on in my life. It would as equally interesting,
>too!!!!!

Indy ... you are always welcome here. No kidding .... Many on this
thread are connected to me daily via some programs. May not hear
from them, but they are there. Post away....

>Hahahahahahahahaha! Just so long as it isn't like the description I gave
>in another email regarding the lumbago, arthritis and distemper nets on 40
>Metres! <Huge grin>

Well I always thought the same, of a 80meter net I listen to, but thats all.
I think Allyn my neighbour will verify that...as every hour ,a new controller
he signs in..if not working and near the radio....same old stuff...and then
down the line ...my foot aches...etc etc etc..same old stuff...and when I
saw your posting....well I don't feel alone in that opinion.

Another reason I love the monthly postings from a few... it is always
different ....and is like a progress report of what they are up to and
whats happening...maybe a new thought...and all for the betterment.

Ok...I know there is the health news...and whats happening...but well
in this thread we all share the pain of others. We're all there for each
other...and I know that...as when I was having a bad time, I got so many
packet and emails from people I knew via YL@WW and just readers
that I was amazed...and very thankful for them being there...someone
to email back to...some one to packet to...etc.

>I will make sure my local sysop (which is me) continues to source yl@ww
>bulletins! I suspect that he will, because if he doesn't, I may need to
>give him a swift uppercut. I would hate to break my hand on my own
>jaw!!!!!!!!!!
>
>The mental imagery of that is painful!

I am not even going to touch that one ....it is so funny. Mmmmm keep
your both hands on the wheel ... besides if you are in the outback
don't you already get a jawbreaker of a ride? <g>...

>Talk to you later!
