Is there an online resource to help users learn how to navigate the Packet BBS? Questions like:
- How does traffic move through the net?
- What is acceptable subject matter?
- How do we address bulletins to the net?
I am sending this to info@ww just because I don't know how to format this. I don't know if i am doing something wrong, and opening myself to problems, but I'll risk it.
If no such on stop shopping place for info exists, I would gladly start up such service.
